Linda first joined MindWorks in 1998 as a Rehabilitation Assistant.  Family commitments took her to a new location but she continued to advance her skills and experience in the field of Brain Injury before returning to Peterborough in 2010.

Linda has attended professional development opportunities all over North America and is one of a handful of qualified Canadian instructors for the American Academy for the Certificate of Brain Injury Specialists.

Linda’s compassion for working with people is evident in every aspect of her life. In addition to being an experienced member of our Community Support team, Linda has been an active volunteer with the Peterborough Chapter of Cystic Fibrosis Canada coordinating numerous fundraisers throughout the year. She delivers care packages at Christmas for the Salvation Army and has participated in the Great Strides Walk for Cystic Fibrosis for the past 5 years.

Linda loves camping, swimming and fitness and in her spare time enjoys photography, home decorating and her love for animals. Her family dog K’os is an inductee in the Purina Animal Hall of Fame.  Read about K’os at

In her spare time she enjoys camping, hiking and canoeing with her family. She has recently joined a book club and enjoys finding new community events and fundraisers to support.
