Alex completed her degree in psychology and forensic science at Trent University and has experience working both in brain injury rehabilitation and developmental support. Alex has experience in teaching assistance and running academic camps with Trent University, and loves to learn as much as she loves to teach.
Alex is an active member of the community and is a current volunteer for respite programming in Peterborough. She specializes in the socialization of clients who experience barriers to social inclusion.
In her spare time, Alex likes to participate in outdoor activities from hiking to camping and fishing or just throwing around a football. She also enjoys painting, yoga, reading, cooking and crafting. Alex is often trying new DIY projects and is often exploring for new ideas.
